​Our Client

Our client, a leading payments fintech who are growing globally at an exponential rate, are looking for a Regulatory Product Compliance Manager to sit in the established UK team, based in the City of London.

​

This will directly report into the Lead and sit in a busy team of 10.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and managing the regulatory risks across a range of existing and new markets

  • Assessing the impact of regulation on product viability and ensuring that appropriate controls are implemented and maintained

  • Collaborating with Product Teams with a focus on safeguarding, capital and liquidity risks from a regulatory lens

  • With Compliance, ensuring the Product team are aware of new and upcoming regulations

Your Profile

  • Experienced compliance professional, particularly with advisory/regulatory change experience

  • At least 6 months of Treasury/safeguarding experience is required

  • Ideally from the fintech/payments space but open to a variety of background as long as you can keep up with the fast-paced nature of the business!

  • Ability to communicate and influence affectively with wider teams

  • Willingness to travel (once quarterly)


Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (flexible) + stock options package
