​Our Client

Rutherford is partnered with a leading investment firm that specialise in credit. The firm are currently over $65bn AUM and have offices across EMEA and US. The firm are looking to hire a Compliance Manager in the London to support the growth of the firm.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide regulatory advice to investment desks, senior management, and other stakeholders.

  • Point of contact for trade / investment related queries, including wall crossings, restricted lists, MNPI etc.

  • Review and develop the compliance monitoring program and compliance policies for the EMEA region.

  • Advise the firm on upcoming regulatory developments that will affect the firm.

  • Assist with code of ethics monitoring.

  • Provide compliance training to the wider business.

Your Profile

  • 5 – 8 years of compliance / regulatory experience, ideally covering credit.

  • Strong regulatory knowledge around EU and UK regulation
