Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing regulatory consultancy based in the United Kingdom. They are now looking to hire a Compliance Consultant to support the firm's growth.
Reporting to the business' Chief Compliance Officer, the successful candidate will be joining the advisory and compliance monitoring team based in London. The firm's clients include a vast array of financial services businesses such as hedge funds, private equity firms and renowned fintechs.
Key Duties
Overlooking their own set of clients, the Compliance Consultant will be advising them in any relevant compliance matters. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Spearhead compliance monitoring programmes and report to senior management
Proactively provide solutions that will improve clients' compliance frameworks
Oversee processes related to Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Due Diligence
Take part in regulatory projects as required
Closely follow any regulatory developments and inform set of clients if deemed relevant and necessary.
Your Profile
Exposure to AIFMD
5+ years experience in compliance within the alternative investment space
