​Matthew is Head of Delivery for Rutherford, a London-based recruitment firm that specialises in in-house legal, private practice, compliance and financial services searches within law firms and financial services businesses.

After working as a Financial Advisor for a globally renowned financial services company, Matt explored the world of recruitment for a large generalist search firm with offices around the world. He has joined Rutherford with his breadth of experience in the field, quickly hitting the ground running and building our firm's new delivery function.

Matt focuses on sourcing the best private practice legal talent for the numerous elite law firms we partner with, from Associate level all the way to Partner.
