We’re seeking an experienced Legal Director to lead the Legal function across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all legal affairs across the Americas, supporting the full data center lifecycle — from land acquisition, zoning, and permitting through design, construction, operations, and procurement.

• Advise on complex commercial, construction, and framework agreements, risk allocation, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement regional legal strategy aligned with global standards.

• Oversee legal aspects of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects, including market entry strategy and cross-border matters.

• Manage and mentor a team of lawyers, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE combining private practice and in-house experience.

• Strong background in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Projects; data center experience a plus.

• Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and D&C contracts.

• Proven leader with experience in high-growth, multi-jurisdictional environments.

• Excellent communicator with strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management skills.
