The Legal Counsel – works as part of the EMEA Law Department to protect the company’s business interests by ensuring that contractual terms and conditions used in commercial transactions are legally sound, commercially balanced, and aligned with company policies. The role has a strong focus on complex commercial contracts, in particular Turnkey / EPC / design-and-build agreements, covering the sale of products, integrated systems, and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial contracts in line with company policies.

  • Lead and support negotiations of Turnkey / EPC / EPCM / design-and-build contracts.

  • Advise business stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk-management matters.

  • Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.

  • Support contract lifecycle management, including claims and variations.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.

  • Proven experience negotiating Turnkey / EPC contracts (mandatory).

  • Strong background in commercial contracts.

  • Fluent English. Nordic Region language a plus
