A leading asset manager is seeking an experienced funds counsel to support its investment funds platform on a contract basis, with a focus on the structuring, launch, and ongoing operation of AIFs and UCITS.
Responsibilities
Advise on the establishment and operation of AIFs and UCITS
Draft and review fund documentation including prospectuses/OMs, constitutive documents, IMAs, and side letters
Provide legal support on fund operations, regulatory matters, and investor issues
Advise on AIFMD, UCITS, and related European funds regulation
Liaise with external counsel and fund service providers
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with strong investment funds experience
Proven exposure to AIFs and/or UCITS
Background within an asset manager, fund platform, or leading law firm
Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced in-house environment
Immediate or short-notice availability
