The Role
You will be advising private equity houses and financial sponsors on high-profile transactions, working closely with partners and colleagues across different areas of law. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of complex deals and play a key role in shaping client relationships. This is a great chance to build both your legal expertise and your sector knowledge while taking on real responsibility early in your career.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide strategic legal advice to private equity clients on cross-border transactions
Manage and coordinate all aspects of deals from start to finish
Conduct due diligence and draft key transaction documents
Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Qualified solicitor (E&W) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private equity transactions
Strong academic and training background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure
