We are actively on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is thirsty for a role that could be the opportunity of a lifetime (yes - that much). As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the architect of our growth - making this hire incredibly crucial for the future of our business (no pressure). Your purpose will be to find incredible talent on the market, show them how awesome we are, oversee their onboarding and map out a strategy to retain them. You will also implement and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans alongside Rutherford's Director - if you are looking for a strategic position, this is for you.
