What motivates you at work and in life?

Opportunities to innovate and think creatively make me tick. Finding novel solutions to problems or improving processes energises my creativity and drive.

What is the most unexpected thing you ever did?

One of the most unexpected things I ever did was when I spontaneously jumped on a plane at 18 years old to travel the South of France with no plan on how I was going to make money. It was a bold decision, filled with excitement and a bit of uncertainty.
