What motivates you in life?
I have always been motivated by creative projects, teamwork and the individuality each person brings. One of the things I loved about creating films at university is the feeling of success and accomplishment when a project is finished. The amount of work you put into a project or task is shown by the end result which can be said for any type of work you do.
What is the most important thing for people to know about you?
I have a strong work ethic and always strive to give my all in every kind of environment but I also want people to be able to rely on me and trust me to get the job done higher than their expectations.
What do you want to accomplish at work?
I want to learn as much as I can from my colleagues and in return bring value to the team. I'm also excited to learn what it means to be the best in working in recruitment and how to impress both clients and candidates.
How would your friends and colleagues describe you?
They would describe me as organised, hard-working and works well under pressure. I love to make a good impression on each person I meet.
What is the most unexpected thing you have done in your life?
Hiring a campervan and travelling around the UK and Scotland without booking anything and wild camping for the entire month. Having my morning coffee in a completely different place each day was an incredible experience. The whole trip was spontaneous and being a very organised person who likes to plan every moment was a very unexpected thing that I did.
