​Our Client

Our client, a high-growth e-money fintech, is currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive for its new London office.

Working within the firm’s compliance department, the successful candidate will be focusing more specifically on investment services regulation around CFDs.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes in locations where the firm is planning to expand

  • Creating and implementing compliance policies, and conducting internal compliance reviews

  • Executing the compliance monitoring programmes

  • Assisting in the review and assessment of compliance business risk assessments

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance

  • Educated to a degree level

  • Beneficial but not essential - previous experience at a fintech

  • Also beneficial: previous experience in regulatory compliance projects
