Our client, a world-renowned consultancy that delivers research-based and results-focused campaigns and strategies for corporate and political clients, is currently looking for a Consultant to join its London team. With offices around the globe, it has an extensive and impressive track record when it comes to delivering experienced counsel and advice to its high-profile clients.


With a team of more than 200 people around the world, our client is looking to grow its Advisory practice in London. The function's aim is to discreetly provide solutions to its customers when it comes to risk management, assets and reputation protection. Just like the rest of the firm, this function focuses on intelligence-based methods to solve challenges that can't be addressed with traditional approaches.


Please note that we can only consider UK-based candidates for this role.

The Position

The business combines intelligence, investigation, financial and security-based solutions to its clients. The successful candidate will be an essential member of the team, whose role will be to provide research, report writing, analytical and occasionally administrative support. Projects include multijurisdictional asset trace, investigations, political and/or security issues, source of wealth authentication (SOWA), communications/digital investigations and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and investigation of public records/sources including multi-jurisdiction corporate databases, press, social media platforms;

  • Collation and analysis of material into succinct reports, including making an assessment of wider political, commercial, security or litigation context;

  • Media monitoring on core clients and issues;

  • Supporting the retention and expansion of existing clients; through the highest quality work/deliverables

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least two years of experience in a relevant industry or field

  • Strong research, database and international corporate directories/records skills

  • Experience in OSCINT, due diligence, asset tracing work

  • Good report writing skills

  • Fluency or near fluency in a second language - preferably French, Russian, Arabic or Chinese - but others may be useful

  • Be a team player with good listening and verbal and written communication skills
