Our Client
Our client, a leading hedge fund, is currently seeking a Compliance Officer based either in New York or San Francisco.
The successful candidate will be providing advisory compliance support to the business’ strategies across private equity and venture capital.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Be the SME on compliance and ensure adherence to the business’ policies and procedures
Provide compliance support to the wider compliance team and oversee events of the west coast office
Support the team with tracking, documentation and onboarding
Assist with annual compliance training
Provide assistance with special projects
Provide ongoing assistance in advising key stakeholders on relevant regulatory updates
Your Profile
2-6 years of relevant compliance or legal experience within a financial services firm, preferably in private equity, public equities or venture capital
A degree from an accredited law school
Salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 + great benefits.
