Our Client
Our client, a crypto brokerage based in the City of London, are looking to expand their exciting business with an experienced Compliance Officer. This role sits in a small team, directly reporting into the Head of Compliance so it will allow a considerable responsibility and exposure.
Key Duties
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the compliance function
Compliance monitoring and testing
Providing high quality and regulatory advice to the business
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes (horizon scanning)
Designing and implementing policies and procedures
Supporting ad hoc regulatory projects
Assisting with financial crime matters
Stakeholder management
Compliance training
Your Profile
A wealth of compliance experience and a generalist skillset gained within crypto/brokerage
Strong knowledge of the FCA handbook, and the regulatory environment
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence
Diligent, credible and autonomous in decision making
Offices are based in Mayfair, but there will be a considerable amount of flexibility to work from home.
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 + benefits

Remote Working
We are currently looking for regionally-located Compliance professionals from across the United Kingdom who would be interested in working for London firms on an interim working from home basis: Kent, East Sussex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey or Hampshire.
We are also interested in hearing from candidates in Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, Winchester and Salisbury.
