Our Client

Our client, a rapidly growing fintech, is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join its London office. You will be joining a dynamic company that is known for its great corporate culture.

The successful appointee will help the firm maintain a Compliance Register and will work closely with the Legal team and global compliance specialists in covering legal, regulatory, standards and contractual compliance. You will also be asked to ensure the business' Platform & Product functions have an overall understanding and visibility of compliance requirements.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform compliance risk assessments in collaboration with the firm's first line of defence teams

  • Look into irregularities and non-compliance issues to then report back to teams on compliance performance

  • Ensuring the efficient and secure internal storage of all risk assessment and ocompliance content

  • Review all marketing collateral and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and analysing their impact on the business

Your Profile

  • A solid knowledge of Compliance, ideally within a relevant sector (financial services)

  • A proven track record in performing compliance risk assessments, specifically in a technology-focused working environment

  • A passion for regulatory compliance

  • Educated to a degree level, ideally within a relevant field

Salary: up to £80,000 + amazing benefits and personal development budget
