Our client, a retail bank in the heart of the city of London, is looking for a Compliance Manager to directly support the Head of Compliance in ensuring the business is being regulatory compliant. Key Duties
This Compliance Manager is a generalist role, encompassing:
Compliance monitoring & testing
Providing high quality regulatory advice to the business
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes (horizon scanning)
Reviewing financial promotions
Designing and implementing policies and procedures
Supporting ad hoc regulatory projects
Assisting with financial crime matters
Assisting with data protection matters
Compliance training and developing your team
Your Profile
A wealth of compliance experience within retail banking/ consumer credit
Strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook (CONC, BCOBS, DISP etc)
Management experience
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence
Personable and team orientated
Salary £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits. There is also brilliant flexible working with the option to work from home up to 2 days a week upon return to the office.
