Our Client
Our client, a boutique financial services regulatory consultancy, is looking for a motivated regulatory Associate with strong consumer credit, mortgages or insurance experience. This will sit within the wider Risk team which is focused on helping clients ensure they receive timely and salient regulatory advice in a rapidly evolving space.
This is an exciting opportunity to support and lead the growth of a well-established practice as they expand their offering.
Your Profile
Candidates should have experience or knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
2+ years of compliance, specifically advisory experience within a regulated environment
Strong academic background
Good depth and breadth of knowledge in consumer credit, mortgages or insurance
Experience gained at a financial institution, legal practice, regulators or consultancy
Deep understanding of the FCA's policies and procedures
Report writing and strong communication skills
Experience or knowledge in the following areas represent an advantage:
Authorisations
Drafting policies and procedures
Regulatory reviews
Broader sector knowledge (may need to assist wider teams on a broad range of regulatory matters)
