Our Client
Our client, a large private equity firm, is currently looking for a Compliance Associate for its London office. The Compliance Associate will be joining a team of 3 and be responsible for leading parts of the compliance function.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Leading the development and implementation of the global compliance programme, covering all areas of advisory and monitoring work
Identifying and interpreting areas of regulatory change to impact the firm's operations, proposing enhancements to the Compliance Programme to observe those new requirements
Assessing existing policies and developing new compliance procedures for the business
Managing conflicts of interest and conducting compliance checks
Finding ways to increase efficiencies within the current compliance framework
Providing ad hoc compliance advice to the wider business
Providing compliance training to stakeholders
Your Profile
2-4 years of compliance experience, ideally within asset management/private equity
Experience in a generalist role preferred for this position
