​Our Client

Rutherford have been mandated on a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our UK asset manager client's London office, reporting into the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Compliance Monitoring function and wider Compliance team.

  • Advising the investment team on relevant investment compliance queries.

  • Being responsible for core compliance related tasks including PA Dealing, disclosure reporting, financial promotion reviews and G&E reporting.

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years experience of generalist Compliance gained within an asset manager.

  • Strong regulatory knowledge and a firm understanding of equity strategies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Technical ability or experience in a coding function is desirable, but not essential.

  • Knowledge around investment guidelines monitoring is desirable, but not essential.
