Our Client
Our client is a specialist compliance consultancy who advise across the full financial services suite, from start ups to blue chip clients. They are looking for an Associate Director to assist the Head of the Payments Practice in providing specialist advice to these clients, as well as pitch for new business and grow out the practice. This will be a fantastic opportunity to be an SME and to work on challenging projects, working closely with clients.
This firm are a remote first company, meaning there is little need to go into the office.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Leading clients engagement and managing multiple projects
Keeping abreast of regulatory change (horizon scanning)
Strategy and reporting to the Board
Stakeholder management
Management and development of the team
Sharing SME knowledge
Your Profile
Extensive compliance experience in the payments/ crypto/ digital banking space
Prior consultancy experience essential, with strong delivery record
Ability to work on challenging and sizeable projects
Demonstrable commercial acumen/ ability to business develop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: circa £100,000 - £120,000 + excellent bonus, although the salary is flexible for the right candidate.
