​Pascale is a Recruitment Researcher within Rutherford’s Private Practice Legal team, supporting the firm’s efforts to connect outstanding legal talent with leading law firms across the UK, US, and international markets.

With a dual background in law and functional fitness coaching, Pascale brings a unique combination of analytical precision and people-centred insight to her work. Her experience as both an attorney and a business owner has equipped her with a strong understanding of professional services environments and the importance of aligning culture, values, and long-term career growth.

At Rutherford, Pascale focuses on market research, candidate mapping, and supporting consultants in the execution of high-level search mandates. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates and is driven by a commitment to excellence and integrity in every search.

Outside of work, Pascale enjoys training, spending time outdoors, and exploring new challenges that combine strategy, movement and personal growth.
