Join a tier one corporate M&A practice, focused on PE-led infrastructure transactions.
Core Responsibilities
Manage infrastructure transactions, working closely with private equity fund managers and direct investment clients – both as a lead advisor and working closely with partners and the wider team.
Working across buy outs, restructurings, consortium investment, various joint venture structures, bolt-ons and exits.
Act as both an executor and client manager, with an appetite to build a client facing business development skillset.
You will be an important senior member of the team, with the expectation that you will work hard to imbed yourself in the practice and contribute to further building client relationships. Partners want to see that you understand the commercial drivers of private equity and can be both pragmatic and precise in managing large projects.
You will work across sectors, although much of the work will be in energy and renewables. Other sectors include oil & gas, water, transport, and digital infrastructure.
