They are now seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Power and Renewable Energy (5+ PQE) to join their London team.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the power and renewable energy sector, including project development, financing and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in the drafting, review and negotiation of transaction documents

• Conduct due diligence on energy projects, identifying legal risks and providing strategic recommendations to clients

• Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting the power and renewable energy industry

• Contribute to business development initiatives
