Responsibilities
Advise clients on complex project finance transactions in the energy sector
Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents
Manage and coordinate project finance transactions from start to completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements
Qualified lawyer with experience in project finance, ideally gained within a large commercial firm
