The Role

As a Project Finance Associate, you will play a vital role in advising on a wide range of energy and infrastructure financings, including greenfield and brownfield developments. Working within the wider Projects team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-level expertise to clients on project procurement, structuring, financing, execution and exit.

• Lead transactions under Partner supervision with junior and senior support

• Advise clients on complex UK and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects

• Develop innovative project finance structures for market-leading clients

• Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• 2 – 5 PQE in a reputable city law firm

• Relevant knowledge and experience in energy and/or infrastructure finance

• Capability to lead transactions with appropriate supervision and support

• Experience in other areas of Projects work (e.g., M&A, commercial) beneficial

• Strong client relationship and business development skills

• Collaborative and supportive team-working approach
