​​​Rutherford Search is currently seeking expressions of interest from 2-8 year PQE investment funds lawyers seeking a change in environment. We are working closely with several of the top private funds practices in London to recruit associates at a range of levels.

Most are well hedged practices covering GP/sponsor fund structuring and formation as well as institutional investor representation and secondaries transactions. Although there are also opportunities to link up with a partner specialising in a particular niche.

As the market starts to thaw after a slow summer, associates once again have the choice of several of the top firms where partners have gained sign off to make associate hires.

We are currently working with firms spanning Elite US, Magic Circle, City and International origins. Each providing a unique mix of compensation, work type, and life balance.

Both E&W and commonwealth qualified lawyers with experience in a reputable funds team are encouraged to apply.
