​​Our Client

Our client, a leading wealth management firm are looking for a senior compliance professional for a Head of Compliance Projects role. This will be a 12 month FTC with potential to go perm. Hybrid working model of 2 days in the London office is on offer.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing the compliance strategy and framework

  • Stakeholder management

  • Compliance projects

  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and implementing and updating policies and procedures

  • Attending governance and policy meetings

  • Directly supporting the Head of Compliance and reporting to ExCo and Board level

  • Part of the management team and training of juniors

  • Contributing to regulatory publications and liaising with trade bodies

Your Profile

  • Experienced compliance professional within asset or wealth management, but preferably wealth

  • Strong ability to manage regulatory projects and keep abreast of regulatory changes

  • Gravitas with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary for this position: £130,000 - £150,000
