Our client, a leading quantitative hedge fund, is looking for a junior Employee Compliance Analyst to join its Legal and Compliance team in their London office. The role presents a great opportunity to gain experience in a market-leading firm and the ideal candidate will have solid interpersonal skills and be willing to develop their career within a growing Compliance team. The role will suit an individual with a background in Human Resources who wants to broaden their exposure into Compliance.
Managing licensing and registrations
Organising compliance training for members of staff
Maintaining the firm's records relevant to areas of employee compliance
Working closely with individual employees and HR in gathering required information relating to applications and registrations.
Strong academic record
Developed communication skills
Ability to demonstrate an analytical approach when assessing processes and constructing proposals
Exposure to employee compliance would be advantageous
Track record of being able to handle confidential information professionally and with the utmost discretion
