Our Client
Our client, a global multi-strategy hedge fund with c. $10bn AuM, is looking for a Compliance Officer to join its London-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible of overseeing core aspects of central compliance functions within the firm.
Key Duties
Managing the compliance employee onboarding process
Administering and approving the Personal Account Dealing policy, answering queries and handling breaches
Assisting with Compliance Monitoring when required
Managing internal and external registrations
Coordinating training courses for certified members of staff
Developing Compliance Policies and Procedures
Accurately maintaining internal and external records across all employee compliance areas
Email and electronic communication surveillances
Your Profile
Educated to degree level
Relevant experience in a similar position within financial services is essential
Proven track record working in a Central Compliance role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly articulate with strong organisational skills
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
