Rutherford is currently partnered with an elite private equity firm that are looking to hire a Compliance Officer into the London team.

 

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide expert regulatory advice to the investment/deal teams.

  • Manage code-of-ethics and compliance monitoring related tasks.

  • Support on global regulatory projects and help the firm prepare for regulatory exams.

  • Provide compliance training to the front office and wider stakeholders.

 

Your Profile

  • 5 - 8 + years of compliance experience within private equity or alternative investments.

  • Strong regulatory knowledge across AIFMD and MIFID.
