Our Client
An equity-focused hedge fund is looking for a standalone Compliance Officer based in New York. The role will primarily focus on US compliance matters, although the role will provide support across the global team.
Key Duties
Developing the firm's compliance policies and procedures Supporting the Global CCO on global compliance matters, including coverage across EMEA
Conducting the firm’s annual compliance review
Assisting with the submission of regulatory filings
Advising the wider stakeholders on cross border regulatory matters and assisting with marketing material reviews
Update the compliance program and code of ethics
Your Profile
Circa 3 – 5+ years compliance/legal experience
Asset management background preferred
