Our Client
Our client, a leading payments fintech who are growing globally at an exponential rate, are looking for a Compliance Monitoring & Testing Manager to sit in the established UK team, based in the City of London.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Build a compliance monitoring plan (CMP)
Design testing control frameworks
Scoping reviews, control assessments and reporting on any findings
Assessing risk and communicating risk
Advising on regulatory requirements
Building relationships across the business
Keeping a healthy compliance culture
Ad hoc projects
Your Profile
A wealth of compliance experience within payments but also wealth management and investments experience is welcome
Compliance advisory or monitoring & testing experience is essential
Ideally worked within dynamic, fast-paced environment eg. other fintechs/digital banks
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
Dynamic, approachable and personable
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + stock options + fantastic other benefits (level is also flexible for the right candidate)
Flexibility: 2 days working in the office, 3 days from home - but this is also flexible
