Our Client
Our client, a leading UK infrastructure asset manager, is currently looking to hire a Compliance Manager for its London office.
The successful candidate will manage a vast range of compliance matters for the firm. The role will report into the business' Compliance Officer.
This role presents an amazing opportunity to join a growing business at a key stage in its development.
Key Duties
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading and conducting KYC checks
Undertaking reviews and monitoring activities as set out in the CMP
Ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments and advising the Compliance Officer on necessary adjustments
Providing regulatory support to the firm's US and European offices, if necessary
Maintaining and developing the business' Compliance Manual
Spearheading, with the Compliance Officer, all Compliance training to members of staff
Your Profile
A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance in the UK
Educated to a degree level from a top university
A solid track record within compliance, gained within financial services and/or compliance consultancy
Previous experience with AML and KYC checks desirable, though not essential
Sound knowledge of FCA and relevant ESMA regulations
Previous experience with US regulatory framework desirable, though not essential
Experience in developing and monitoring compliance monitoring programmes
