Our Client
Our client, an established financial services regulatory consultancy, is looking for a motivated Compliance Associate with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance matters including procedures, policies and be able to assist with the growth of the firm.
This will sit within their Insurance & Lending team which provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements to mortgages, consumer credit and insurance clients. The team also engages in technical research, the creation of technical materials, and marketing and business growth.
The team compromises of 5 compliance professionals including SME’s, directly reporting into the Head of Department.
Hybrid working is on offer with 1-2 days in the office.
Main Duties
1 - 4 years relative compliance related experience within a regulated financial institution or consultancy.
Strong technical knowledge of mortgages, consumer credit or insurance.
Deep understanding of the FCA’s policies and procedures.
Your Profile
Strong academic background.
Academically bright and ideally possesses compliance related qualification e.g ICA
Broader sector knowledge (may need to assist wider teams on a broad range of regulatory matters).
Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
