Our Client
A large multi strategy hedge fund are looking for a Compliance Analyst in their core compliance division. The role will support their Head of Compliance and get broad exposure to a range of compliance responsibilities.
Main Duties
The role will comprise many facets of compliance which may include:
Conduct compliance monitoring across code of ethics, employee compliance and outside business interests
Advise the Head of Compliance on upcoming regulatory developments
Update and implement new compliance policies with a focus on central compliance
Provide support to the wider compliance team on organisation for investor meetings, conference calls and reading distribution material
Help the compliance team prepare for SEC mock audits.
Assist with regulatory fillings
Provide compliance training to the wider business
Provide ad-hoc support to the compliance team on a range of tasks.
Your Profile
1 - 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a hedge fund, asset manager or investment bank
JD preferred but not strictly required
