Our Client
Our client, a private multi-strategy investment firm, are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team based in London. The role presents a fantastic opportunity for a bright and dynamic individual with financial services experience to join a global firm and further their career within Compliance.
Key Duties
Compliance monitoring and oversight of regulated activities against FCA requirements, as part of day-to-day compliance activities
General administration for the Compliance Department including maintaining compliance registers and compliance files
Providing cover as necessary for other members of the Compliance team
Monitor the firm's regulatory responsibilities through the maintenance of the firm's Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) to efficiently manage the firm's daily regulatory obligations
Manage correspondence with the regulator
Conduct KYC/AML refreshers on key clients
Promote and manage an effective compliance culture in the firm
Responsibility for AML/KYC processes including onboarding new clients
Your Profile
1-2 years' experience within financial services is preferred, although not essential
Educated to degree level
The candidate must be able to demonstrate an interest in Compliance
Knowledge of industry standards
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to act autonomously with a willingness to learn
