Our client, a leading real estate/investment management firm based in London, is currently looking for a part-time Compliance Analyst who is interested in working 2-3 days a week.
The Compliance Analyst is a key position, playing an important role in continuing to build the firm's compliance function.
Support the firm's compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, monitoring and testing as part of the overall Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
Provide advice and guidance to the business on regulatory and compliance issues as required
Support the development and implementation of the firm's compliance training program. Inform, advise and educate the firm's business units and senior management on all relevant compliance and AML matters.
Ensure the submission of regulatory returns to the FCA and respond to standard requests in a timely manner
Maintain the core compliance regulatory registers
Draft and update internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments
Analyse and interpret regulatory developments
Develop and maintain management information
Take part in any other ad hoc project as required
Educated to degree level
1-3 years' experience in compliance within investment management desirable
Strong attention to detail
A team player
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
