We have partnered with a leading law firm in their search for a Corporate Real Estate Associate to join their market leading Real Estate Group.

The practice focuses on a wide range of transactional work including, commercial leases, investment, and portfolio transactions.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.

Qualifications Required

  • 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, transactions, and regulations.

  • Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
