Our Client

Rutherford are partnered with a global Private Equity firm headquartered in Greenwich with offices also in London. Founded almost 20 years ago, the firm invests in mid-market infrastructure investments and has deployed over $12bn across an array of transportation, digital and utility-related investments.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day aspects of the firm’s compliance program, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (London based) and Internal Counsel, whilst reporting in the CFO

  • Liaising with external tax advisors and assist the CFO. Up to 30% of time would be spent on tax related matters.

  • Initial title would be Associate Compliance Manager. There would be a path to more senior positions over time depending on performance.

  • Working hours are 9-5pm with a respected value for a healthy work/life balance. The office operates on a hybrid basis with at least 3 days a week working from the office

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate would have a background in US tax accounting

  • You should have an interest in compliance but do not necessarily need to have a compliance

  • They should be a very organized person with good attention to detail
