Our Client
Our client, a boutique asset manager, is currently seeking a Head of Compliance for its London office.
The successful candidate will be leading, developing and managing the firm’s Compliance function. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a senior Compliance professional looking to step into a Head of Compliance position.
For the right candidate, the firm is willing to offer a 4-day week.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the business on regulatory compliance obligations
Advise the firm on legislative and regulatory changes and how they will impact activities
Oversee staff training programme
Automate and refine the firm’s internal processes, improving the compliance functions’ efficiency
Run the business’ internal audit programme
Conduct internal audits and connect with external auditors
Your Profile
Strong experience within a Compliance function at a senior level, ideally within private equity or for an asset management firm
Demonstrated knowledge of FCA and SEC regulations, as well as investment products
Knowledge of investment and operations processes
