​Our Client

​Rutherford have been mandated on an exciting opportunity for a Trading Documentation Negotiator to join our risk management advisory client’s growing team in London.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysing and executing the main terms of the firm’s current suite of trading documents.

  • Must have the requisite knowledge covering the host of trading documentation including Derivatives, ISDAs, CSAs, Clearing Agreements, Sponsored Repo etc)

  • Collaborating with various business lines, including operations and technology to assist in the development of an automated and integrated resolution to analyse documentation clearly and to efficiently capture any associated risks.

  • Execution of trading documentation related regulatory projects.

  • Liaise closely with relevant teams to scale and improve the counterparty onboarding process.

Your Profile

  • Legal degree, with 3-5 years' minimum experience required.
