Our Client

​We have partnered with a Magic Circle firm on a search for an Associate to join their Structured Finance and Capital Markets Group. The firm's top-ranked securitisation and fund lawyers have earned a leading market position in the representation of issuers, placement agents, collateral managers and equity investors in collateralised loan obligation (CLO) transactions, including middle-market balance sheet CLOs and syndicated arbitrage CLOs in the United States and Europe.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advise on generally large scale structured financing transactions, acting for deal participants by advising on, structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of the transactions.

  • Drafting, reviewing and amending documentation.

  • Providing strategic guidance to clients.

Your Profile

  • Qualified lawyer 2-4 PQE.

  • Self-starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge.

  • Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
