Our client, a leading global law firm with a well-regarded regulatory practice, featuring some of the worlds pre-eminent fintechs as clients, is seeking an Associate Director to join their established, highly ranked and growing team.

The Role

This role, which would be suitable for someone from either a private practice or in-house background, would suit a highly professional lawyer looking for a friendly, professional team where they could enjoy a four-day week and a flexible working environment.

There will be a high degree of autonomy working across the range of Payments issues from product launches and FCA authorisation and reg-liaison through to M&A for fintechs. They are at the vanguard of the payments reg space and they have a globally integrated team.

Your Profile

• UK Qualified Lawyer/Right to work

• Extensive Fintech Regulatory experience from inhouse or practice in the Payments and/or digital assets spaces

• Genuine interest in the space
