​Our Client

Our client, a rapidly growing fintech, is currently looking for a Senior Information Security Officer to join its London office on either a full-time or part-time basis. You will be joining a dynamic company that is known for its great corporate culture.

​

The successful appointee will be leading Information Security compliance all whilst overseeing the firm's wider Infosec risk management. The position involves providing oversight to internal teams and external parties in relation to information security obligations.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support in the establishment and maintenance of Information Security standards within the firm

  • Managing Infosec reviews and audit and working alongside owning teams to resolve

  • Spearheading the information security strategy alongside technical and business teams

  • Proactively communicating Infosec goals, policies, changes and advice on Infosec, ensuring maximum information sharing

  • Keeping abreast of relevant regulations, legislation, technologies and trends in the industry

  • Providing assistance in the development and delivery of training on Information Security awareness for team members

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in Information Security and/or Information Governance

  • Practice within security standards (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 or equivalent)

  • A strong knowledge of current trends and new technologies

  • Education or qualifications within the sector ideal, though not essential

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate information security to non-technical peers

Salary: circa £80,000, personal training budget, enhanced parental leave and other amazing benefits
