The Opportunity

This is a senior associate role in a team with an excellent progression pedigree. The team boasts a track record of above-market retention and several previous SA's having been made up, in addition to a few excellent lateral partner hires from tier one practices in recent times.

The firm works with a 'who's who' of investment grade listed corporates, investment funds, government institutions and bank and non-bank lenders. The deals are mostly top of market, multi-jurisdictional, and often including 'first-in-market' structures.

You will work closely with other teams within the firm to pull together a fully integrated global offering which is geared up to support a full transaction lifecycle.

About You

You will come from a technical background in corporate lending, debt capital markets, leveraged finance and/or fund finance. A broad deal sheet suits the role very well, inclusive of a range of asset classes, financial products and jurisdictions.

As a guide, 5+ years of PQE is required to be considered, equally suiting a progression candidate chasing a run or an existing SA wanting a change in environment.
