​Our Client

Our client, a US-based Hedge Fund, is looking for an experienced middle office analyst or associate to join their rapidly growing EMEA team here in London as Product Controller. This is a new headcount that reflects the ambitions of the firm to grow in the EMEA region.


The role will be predominantly based in the London office, with some WFH flexibility.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the EMEA product control Valuations and P'n'L

  • Support the Head of Product Control in New York with P'n'L reconciliations and Valuations reporting to the Valuations Committee.

  • Assist with continued automation of the middle office to aid resilience and flexibility

  • Act as key point of contact for the middle office in EMEA

Your Profile

  • Strong academic track record: minimum BA/BSc (2:i - preferably in a STEM subject)

  • 3-6 years’ relevant experience in Financial Services

  • Strength in either P'n'L and/or Valuations mandatory; knowledge of the other skillset highly beneficial

  • Good VBA and SQL. Python highly desirable

  • The ideal candidate will be able to balance independence with teamwork
