About You
You will be a highly skilled and commercially astute transactional lawyer with capabilities operating as an post-qualified associate. The exact years of experience is quite open, and the role could be scoped up or down in order to secure someone with the right qualities for the team.
You will be comfortable advising on M&A / PE transactions for corporates and PE shops, ideally with a range of different deal sizes, types and timelines.
You will be someone who is keen to contribute to the firm outside of purely technical legal skills, including leading internally with the team, interacting with clients confidently and adding to the social fabric of the firm.
