The Opportunity
Our client is offering the chance to be exposed to a broad remit of funds work from formation, to restructure, transactions, and everything in between. There is significantly less pigeon-holing for associates and as such this will suit a lawyer looking to gain a wider exposure of work and the opportunity to contribute at a more senior level.
The firm boasts a growing client list of top funds which continues to propel the growth of this team, which is widely considered as one of the up-and-coming practices in London. You will be working alongside ranked and market leading partners who are experienced in developing high quality associates, many of whom have advanced internally within the team.
About You
You will have a minimum of three years PQE, either in the UK or a common law jurisdiction, with a strong background in funds formation, restructures and secondaries.
The brief is to seek individuals with a real willingness to get stuck in and contribute in an environment driven by teamwork. As such, you will be exposed to a number of partners across the team, as well as cross-functionally across the firm.
Bringing a strong attitude and proving to be a cultural fit is equally as important as the technical skills.
