Our Client

Our client, a magic circle law firm with a strong regional presence, seeks a Lawyer with fund formation experience from a leading law firm to join their highly regarded practice in Dubai.

This role offers exposure to a complex and high-profile mixture of GP and LP funds work, including private fund formation, private fund investments, private equity secondaries, GP-led secondaries, co-investments and syndicated co-investments, fund-to-fund transactions, and many more.

They deal largely with European and US Managers so they are seeking a UK or US qualified Lawyer.

Requirements

• Previous fund formation experience from a UK or US law jurisdiction.

• Have worked at a leading global law firm.

• 1-2 years PQE.
